Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing photos or videos as proof.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or personalized designs cannot be returned.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or size (natural properties of marble).
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Refund Process
- Once your request is verified, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- International refunds exclude customs duties and shipping charges.
Replacements
- If eligible, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
- In case the product is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
